That's weird, since Schaub isn't exactly accomplished to be getting such a lucrative sponsorship. He also doesn't really have a physique for Muscletech to advertise. You'd figure they'd get many other fighters before Schaub.

Westbrook and Gronk are on their protein powder too i believe....great ad when 2 of your guys are injury prone and the other one is prone to taking naps during fights....

Are there better proteins on the market than Muscletech? Of course there are. However there was a study not too long ago to measure the actual amount of protein per serving and Muscltech Nitrotech scored a B+ rating.

carry on
Except that's not the product TS bought.

I don't want to derail the thread, but Muscletech is known for padding it's lower end supplements with fillers that have no proven benefits in order to jack up the price and making ridiculous claims. They also have a lot of sugar in them.

We're talking about two different things.

Anyways, I find it funny that they chose Schaub. It just seems so random.

edit: ugh, now i'm confused between MuscleTech and Body Fortress...

i thought Body Fortress was the wal-mart brand stuff that Schaub was on...

edit 2: okay nevermind, Body Fortress is the stuff i have. i guess i'm good.

they're both like $30 at wal-mart.

I wasnt even talking about Muscletech specifically, but in general terms. If you deny that protein powders vary in ingredients and therefore in their quality, I dont know what to tell you.

(If you were being sarcastic, I missed that. Excuses in that case)

While I don't think there's THAT much difference between most brands of protein there's a huge difference between having a big mac and making your own burger and having it on a wholemeal bun. Bad example.
