People keep saying this, but there are multiple submissions that don't give up position in any way, shape, or form. The arm triangle, for example, keeps you in side control and gives up absolutely nothing.

Doesn't attempt many subs. For a lot of fighters, it's more effective to do what Cain does. I might even say most fighters. Punches over sub setups is a drastically underutilized strategy.

The only submission I see Cain getting any time soon will be due to an opponent tapping to strikes
