Ufc vs one fc

does one fc have better rules than Ufc. not judging rounds individually and knees on the ground. always been a ufc fan but there has been a lot of bad judging based on the criteria

Other than John McCain and his ilk, I can't imagine who wouldn't want knees on the ground. Judging criteria, meh, don't care as much about that.

Def need knees to grounded opponents, though. Should allow headbutts, too.

Yeah. Werdum wouldn't have been flopping like he did in the Reem fight if he was going to get headbutted.

One FC has better rules and judging. UFC has the wider talent pool and resources.

I would love to see headbutts in mma. Here's a good example of headbutts in a fight: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tsTv10GjMWM

Headbutts really are an unrequired tool to have in MMA. They're hard to defend and don't take that much skill to do. And they can cause a lot more damage while making the sport look bad to the public.

This is about being the best fighter, though. If headbutts are effective and no more dangerous than a punch or a kick, why not allow it? It's not like I'm asking for eyepokes or some other move that will likely ruin someone's life or disfigure them.
