Wouldn't mind seeing DC vs Rumble in the meantime.

No way should they potentially waste two contenders in a Gustafsson/Rumble fight.

Both them should stay busy. I wanna see Rumble/Bader and OSP winner. Gustafsson should fight Rashad.

Rumble will fill in for an injured DC or Gus and become LHW champ next year.

Two years is a short time in MMA. I think your second point is much more solid.

If he continues to properly make weight, and gets another three wins or so with no incident, fuck it. Give him a shot.
Seems to be more personal than anything. I've read all of your responses in this thread. This one just illustrates your personal issue, it is in your head. Him missing at LHW would be shocking at this point. Anybody could miss weight. The fact he did it at two weight classes below should be more than anything should be enough. It was unprofessional, but, three or so fights? Please. The only thing that may delay his shot are injuries or if Jones loses his belt and gets his immediate rematch, that the UFC is so fond of giving to former champions.

I can't see Rumble beat Jones, Gus or DC so he will never fight for the LHW title. Rumble will fail as soon as he starts fighting real competition and not some b-level wash ups.

1 win if he beats Gus. 2 if he beats Texeira and some other top 10 fighter.

GSP 1, 3, 5. And STILLLL the welterweight champion of the world... GEORGES "RUSH" ST. PIERRE!
Cry all you want but Mayweather is still 49-0.

I can see Rumble fighting for the interim LHW belt in the summer of 2015. I predict that Bones will just keep injuring himself in order to avoid getting repeatedly Hendo'd by DC.
