Rebney already said bellator has no interest in signing Fitch. Probably because he feels Fitch might detract new fans (which I believe is the real reason the UFC let him go). I mean come on they already have enough people complaining about Ben Askren (excluding his last performance). I doubt they want another lnp guy in the division.

HOF players in every sport get rto the end. Did you want to wait until Fitch was 15-7? That would make it so he could not make any money outside the UFC. The UFC letting guys go when they have some worth is a pretty decent thing to do for them. Fans in the HW section are always only looking at guys last 3-4 fights, but NOW we have to look at a guys career? Ok I guess.. But in Football, if you QB your team to a 42-6 record over three years (with no superbowls) that's great, but if you lose 3-4 in a row in a really bad way, you COULD get replaced, does not always happen, but sometimes it does.
