I have actually considered doing yoga myself. The closest I've come though is doing Jillian Michael's "Yoga Meltdown" video a couple of times.
My main issue with Yoga--and perhaps this is just my misunderstanding, but I don't really think so--is that it's not as good for leg flexibility as other programs may be, and leg flexibility is my main interest since I want to be a great kicker.
