Game animals have way less fat than the animals that are raised in the farms. Much more saturated fat in today's meat at the grocery store.

Talking to a vegan coach at my gym he feels one of the best benefits of being vego or vegan is the ability to keep weight down.

As HW going from 255 to 240 offers no real advantage, but a LW going to FW gets a huge advantage.

When more genuine cutting HWs start to appear some of them might go vego, but if weight class changes aren't possible it might not be worth the effort.

As a heavyweight who has been both vegetarian and not, I say whether you eat meat has NO baring on anything to do with fighting.

Protein is everywhere.
