Yea, because everything on ehow is wrong?

I've learned and done tons of things off of ehow. Give me a break. If you want to talk about bro science.

Saying "cmon, seriously?" is as bro science as it gets.

feel free to google it yourself if you want more than the 4 sources i provided. Also, way to focus on the least solid one.

But there's the convenience of being able to take it on the go. You can do that with peanut butter, I suppose, but not steak. It's also cheaper than most steaks per sitting.

It's perfectly normal to try it and use it for a few months or a couple of years even maybe but once you go off of it, just like any other drug that is suppose to work but really doesn't have a placibo effect you'll just regret ever spending money on it in the first place.

1. Expensive.
2. All protein powders give you gas and upset the natural balance of your stomach and digestive system.
3. The pills are just as bad if not worse and you'll have to drink lots of water to get anything out of them
4. If you don't lift heavy weights or your just getting back into working out with weights. Basically if you can't lift a 50 pound dumbbell weight multiple times in a set then don't even waste your money or time until you really are prepared to be taking it for it's advantages to power lifters. So many kids think it works and they never understand this step. The Creatine companies will lie or hide this to increase sales.

Do you understand the difference between creatine and protein?

This whole thread should be deleted. The FAQ has more information than this, and the information is much better.
