Well it's open beta so they're using input from people playing to make the game better.
ECM is in the game and has been in for a while, but is being tweaked..

Mechwarrior 2 was the first real pc game that I played. It came with my Toshiba computer that I had back in the mid 90's, and it was rad. Count me in.
