A person who is waiting for a trial (like in the Badr's case) mostly can't work abroad. He can try to ask for a permission by the judge. If the judge is willing to grant him a permission the judge could ask for a high deposit-sum. Badr's case is a bit sensitive in the Netherlands and already hyped in the media. I don't think the judge will allow him to fight in Zagreb.

So a psychopath awaiting trail for attempted manslaughter and 7 other cases is to be kept from clubbing in Holland in order to safeguard the general public..but releasing this maniac abroad is not a problem.
Dutch legal system sucks ass
