Thanks Belph I'll give that a shot next time. I did use the rack position intead of my strict press position during the jerk this time like you suggested last time.
Dewey 185 is pretty good I think. You only weigh in the 180's right?

My first workout since Friday and it was a complete shit show. Felt like a real pussy and have struggled for motivation lately but this was the first step towards getting back to it.
Figured I was probably strong enough to put that 250 overhead finally but I guess I'm still not. Close though. Overhead is still feeling really good and I can tell I'm getting stronger with it. I wish I felt as good about all my other lifts but they are getting there too I guess.
I just did 150x7 amap on sohp today. We should have a little comp bruh. Loser posts newdz.
