I'm at 265 now, gunning for 205 lean, even if I don't get the weights sessions in I do make sure I get all my cardio sessions in and my diet in check as those 2 are vital for weight loss, but I would like to compete on the grappling mat or bodybuilding stage one day so I am making sure I get muscle gains in and a diet down pat.
Fruit juice is just sugar water. You might as well be having a coke.

Oakville is a nice town. It is an upscale suburb of Toronto.

Thanks man. I heard there are no buses in oakville; it being a new suburb. I am going there to recce the place first since my uncle lives there, then I might go to school/work there pretty soon.

I will switch from fruit juice to maybe a vitamin and water drink or an isotonic for recovery.

Edit: goddammit pigged out and had a 9 piece mcnuggets upsize at macdonalds. After having a fuckjng chicken salad that cost me 8.50 and doing cardio, I decide to pig out. Fuck this weather, fuck the lack of things to do, fuck singapore, and god bless Canada. I haven't even been there yet but god I cannot wait to leave.

You live in Singapore and you eat shitty western fast food chains? Many people consider Singapore to have some of the best food in the world. You have so much variety of ethnic cuisine and influences. There are many people like you, and this is coming from someone who hates American food chains, but damn man, I'm baffled that you go to McDonalds by choice living in Singapore of all places.

Most of the good food in Singapore is as calorically dense. Have u been to Singapore before? McDonald's is cheap and fast which is why I bought it.

I will get 3 eggs for breakfast then.

You should consider using a decent diet plan, no offense but your diet is pretty bad.

Rice twice per day?
You should consider switching to something like Chickpeas which have a low GI.

You need more healthy fats.


I find chicken/fish and salad everyday is a) boring and you will fall off the band wagon b) not giving you all your nutrients.

I personally used John Berardi Precision Nutrition, so many different meals to plan your week with.

Facts is facts. A friend of mine is your typical Ivy League type of guy. One of those "old money" types who could quit school, never work, and still have millions of dollars to work with. He could eat lobster every single day of his life, but even he likes McDonald's. I would eat there every day if I had the calories to do it.
