Gear & Equipment Discussion Did I mention that the gear you use is cheap and flimsy?

i need to make the warranty more clear on the product page. but i'm a real human and i care very much about all of our customers, you pay me good money for gear and you should get proper service along with gear that holds up.

so yeah just email me, don't worry about the receipt, pictures are enough, so far people have been honest with me so the system seems to work.

Yes, that is true. Your customer service is great! My problem is, that getting a new BP from you would mean high shipping rates to Europe and a trip to the customs office...

sadly it's hard to avoid that in some countries. but i'll ship one out free if you are overseas and we value the bags low (closer to our cost) so customs should not charge you much if at all.

it hasn't always been easy but thanks to you guys giving me a chance i have been able to build this company and improve on the gear with every new batch. thanks all for the support, i do my best to take care of everyone and i always back my gear.

I just want to pipe and say a few things.

I experienced a tear with my BP, and contacted Datsusara Friday night. I had a response before I went to bed that same night... unheard of!

Chris was extremely helpful, and didn't waste any time in offering to take care of me. No back and forth, no delay, nothing. Just a super quick resolution. So quick, that I had my shipping notification this afternoon (monday).

I am super stoked at the customer service, and hope that the replacement will serve me well.

Just contact them!

Being the one who started this thread, I contacted Chris about the damage to my bag, we were able to settle a deal within a couple of emails and he shipped my product out earlier today. I'll put it through my usual grind and if it serves me well in time, I'll post a positive and glowing review of the product.

The customer service is unparalleled and I honestly don't think I could ask for better customer service. I actually feel bad that he's going to lose out on money to replace the bag because it ripped.

I hear ya. I'm in absolutely no need of any new gear, but after all that I went to their website to order a blue gi. Sadly it was sold out
