Dude, if you don't change clothes, either your training partners will hate you for smelling, you have no idea what's unethical, or you're asking for infections.

its mandatory that you change your shirt before bjj class,at our gym , you wouldnt be allowed to train with a sweaty wet smelly shirt .
and i think they should make it a rule that a person should shower or have a bath right before class too , nothing worse than having a smelly partner

I usually wear compression shirts and undershorts so the clothes don't get too sweaty on the outside anyway. BJJ I always have clean Gis and will change for it.
So long as it's just sweat and doesnt smell I don't have a problem with rolling with sweaty people. It's part of the game to learn how to grapple with a sweaty opponent.
Unwashed, smelly opponents are a different story though...
