Has anyone completed Task 78: The Master Alchemist ?
I don't think that one is even possible to complete within a year. The ingredients needed are nearly impossible to get.

Ah, so that area I couldn't land in was the evil looking area north of Perdida. Guessing you're not supposed to be able to?

You gotta go through Perdida to have access to that area, and you will at some point in the game.
I'm having trouble choosing between Jack the Giant Killer or Jack O' Lantern II

I am so close to getting the Platinum Trophy. I just received the mad scientist trophy for creating 120 items through Alchemy.
I just need the 250 different familiars. I am nearly at 200 right now. I should reach the Platinum trophy within the next couple of days though I may just stay up and try to finish it tonight.

You've passed me in the game! I haven't played in several days. I have to fight the boss in Perdida.
I'm just going to save for Giant Killer as my first reward and then increase capture rate I believe.

So I know I'm a little late to the party, but I'm getting ready to finish up the Volcano. Is it worth going back to the Ding Dong Dell area to collect all of the familiars? I don't want to spend hours catching all of them if they'll never see battle.
