I never should have attempted the 375 when I did. I got distracted by the bar drifting and some of my surroundings and I should have just backed away to regroup first. I definitely think I'm good for this weight. Might wait a bit before I work up to that heavy again to make sure I smoke it.
Tried a different deadlift approach to try and get my hamstrings and glutes to fire better. Warmed up with bridges and ham curls, did maiou-esque ass slap routine before lifting, and really tried to concentrate on activating my pc during the lift. I've got the second and third set of 325 on video so I'll post it later and see how that worked for me. Input is of course always welcome.
My assistance today was super weak sauce. Time restraints caused me to cut out alot that I wanted to do, and I substituted some more time effecient stuff in place of things I actually wanted to do. Meh.
