Oh, aren't you cute, like you've almost figured out the forum lingo.

If you don't know about mineral and vitamin absorption or how to look up and research the absorption rates of various compounds I'm not going to teach you.

*pats you on the head*

Keep trying!

I always bought my vitamines at the grocery store. The home brand.

Now, I have bought from a better brand
We take on a daily basis:
Vitamine D3
Cal & mag
Omega 3
Vitamine B complex

and, a multivit,
but the multivit is still from the grocery store. We did not finish it yet.
How can I find out if this multivit is good? Or bad?
something I can look for on the label?

The other vitamins are really good. I notice a difference in my health (two weeks using it now). I wonder if a better Multivit will make it even better :-)

I have tried the Nature's Plus - Source of Life liquid and I thought it was pretty good. In the last few years I have considered taking Super Sea veg for life changing results. Check this out Martial Mike http://www.sea-veg.info/super-sea-veg-ingredients.html.
Plenty of testimonials to be seen with this product. Yes they are kinda pricey.

I'm very new to picking out multivitamins and would like to know if the ones on the first post still are the best to take. They seem quite expensive. Any help here?

I have been using MusclePharm's Armor-V multi. I searched and found nothing on sherdog about it. I thought the greens stack and other additives set it apart from others I researched. What do you guys think about this one? It is about 20$ cheaper per bottle on amazon than in GNC.
