You are talking about Wai Kru correct?
In the post earlier you also mentioned Franklin MMA. I was just trying to make sure.

Afraid there are no review websites that I know of, but I'm sure most of the schools you could search here on sherdog and find a good amount on. Most of my knowledge is just people I know who have trained at these places over the years.

I can personally wholeheartedly support Boston BJJ since I trained there for about 4 to 5 years.

This thread got me thinking about some of the newer school that have opened the last few years and I happened to bull up the Gracie Barra Back Bay page. I can't believe how expensive that is. It is mind boggling.

http://graciebackbay.com/membership-pricing/

To do both the fundamental and advanced BJJ classes would cost over 300 a month. Then to have the option for 3 additional wrestling classes would be another 100.

Unless I am reading that wrong.

I know they are on Newbury Street, but they are in the basement (and next to CondomWorld - or maybe where that place use to be). That just seems prohibitively expensive for most of the students that in the area. If I was still going to Northeastern that would've been so close, but at the same time would've cost like 250 more a month then I use to spend for as many classes as I wanted.

Gonzaga's gym has a well deserved good reputation, however Ludlow is over 80 miles from Boston.

Lauzon's is also good, and a little closer (30 miles, roughly) however with Boston traffic, that's a miserable hike.

TS, I'd say your best bet in the Boston area would be Sityodtong. Also, Florian MMA in Brookline or Wai Kru are pretty good too.

hi,

thought i'd chime in here. i train at redline currently, so if you have any questions feel free to ask. having trained at both wai kru and redline, redline has been an amazing experience, one in which i highly recommend.

Out of curiosity what did you like better about redline. When was the last time you trained at waikru?
