Noobs being partnered with experienced lifters for support and guidance. I know the logs take care of a lot of that, but maybe there could be more one on one...

You obviously can't plan for everything, but I think Polyculture and Permaculture solves many of the issues with modern agriculture. My desire really is for maily health benefits, as well as lifestyle ones. I have spent a great deal of time working on growing organic vegetables, and I know for me the next step is integrating livestock into the mix, and it's going to take a great deal of land to do that realistically.
