I can eat everything in sight and am a professional "bulker"

(i'm also extremely good at weight cutting for fights, problem is i'm a binge eater in between fights which makes my life much harder). My problem is I don't know how to begin lifting, I work out daily for fights but it's all pushups/situps/pullups/squats type of deal, I want to put on like 15 pounds of muscule and move up 2 or so weight classes. When I research how to properly lift/get a bulk routine I just always get 1000 different answers/routines and then my head hurts and I eat an entire cake in depression.
