Tuesday, February 12th
Power Cleans
90 x 2
90 x 1 x 6
DE Box Squats (w/ light bands)
77.5 x 3 x 6
DLs
150 x 3 x 3
Front Squats
100 x 5
110 x 5
110 x 8
Unspectacular day. Power cleans were not very explosive (but not the most sluggish they've been, either), form was bad but not horrible, in terms of simple exertion they were fairly easy (took small breaks between singles). DE box squats were not that dynamic. DLs were fine other than my grip sucking balls. Front squats were easy, did them just to get a bit of extra volume in. Was a very late-night session, had zero mood for anything more, but this will have to do.
Sunday and Monday were the first two consecutive day's off since the start of the year. Had food poisoning (at least that's what I assume it was) Saturday night, woke up in the middle of the night to vomit, had some fairly intense chills, felt weak/achy all day Sunday, and was feeling almost 100% on Monday. Today I'm fine, other than the fact that I only got 1 hour of sleep in last night (studying for early morning exam) plus another 3 hours of bad quality sleep later in the day.
Along with the above, got a minor injury on the supraspinatus tendon on the right shoulder during Saturday's training, hurt on Sunday and Monday, feels ok today. So, in retrospect, missing Sunday's upper body session was probably a good thing. There is very little noticeable pain today, I expect it to be fine within a week.
Other than that, today is the first day where there is zero noticeable pain on the right metatarsals when walking normally and when lifting (still lifted with sneakers). Now I have to figure out how I'm going to return to activity; the first step will probably be increasing the amount of walking I do.
BW yesterday morning = 92.6 kg.

I think your awareness of the body and all of its anatomical functions makes you a hypochondriac about injuries.

I assume you don't know what "hypochondriac" really means. In any case, the term definitely doesn't describe me.
Meanwhile, got a grade 1 LCL sprain yesterday.

Wednesday, January 13th
Kick Boxing
shadow fighting, ~15 mins of pure work
SOHP (paused)
66 x 3 x 5
Chin-ups
BW+15 x 5 x 3
Seated BB Presses (paused)
40 x 10 x 4
Seated Cable Rows (narrow grip)
60 x 10 x 3
Stomach felt like shit all day. I was fine yesterday, maybe I ate too much too soon, dunno. Worked out late at night, had only eaten an apple, an orange and a couple of scoops of whey all day long. Felt weak, got the bare minimum lifting in. Supraspinatus gave some slight pain in certain points of ROM, but is overall substantially better; tender during pressing, but no real pain.
Left LCL was significantly painful all day (3/10). Pain almost disappeared after warm up plus a few minutes of shadow fighting.
