There's not exactly a lot of big name Australians around 168lbs (unless one of Geale, Mundine or Soliman moves up and that's unlikely) so I guess Green is his best option.
Good summary.

Dropping Green's name guarantees Bika some rare media attention here, and Green fights do usually pay well. But Bika's focus should be on beating Sjekloca.

The Serbian is 25-0. But has only 7 wins by KO and has a rather padded looking record. I don't know enough about him to know how much trouble he might pose to Bika.

Not particularly on paper. He's 25-0 but doesn't hit very hard (seven stoppages, all against poor competition) and he's got a European record in that it goes from good to bad to good again... his last four opponents include someone who was 4-45 and someone who was 5-15. His best win is probably a close decision against Khoren Gevor... and Gevor isn't in great form (and was never brilliant to begin with).

If Bika's got something left he should be able to get through him relatively easily, especially as a lot of eastern-Europeans don't travel well.

Hopefully Bika won't find a way to get DQed.

Siracha mixed with mayo on a burger is heaven, just saying.

I would have no problem picking Bika over Green. I don't think I have ever seen anyone walk through Bika, hell he even gave Ward a good fight.

At super middle, where Green will surely never return, Bika would probably take him out. But up higher, perhaps at cruiser, I think Green even at 40 would probably KO Bika.

That's sort of Bika's thing though. His style, as crude and ugly as it can be, is designed to give opponents a hard fight... but the truth is the three times he tried to step up (against Ward, Bute and Calzaghe) it wasn't enough. The judges had him winning two rounds against Ward; that's worse than Abraham and only slightly better than Allan Green.

In essence Bika is a high level spoiler. He makes world class opponents fight and often makes them look bad and have to work hard... but he rarely wins rounds. We're talking about a guy with a 13 year pro career who's best wins are likely Codrington, Soliman (who he also lost to) and Manfredo Jr. That's not exactly a killer's row right there.

Harsh but fair.
