Dropping 6lbs in basically a week.

I have a tournament coming up and I have to weigh in at 154.5. I weighed myself a few weeks back and weighed 155. I just checked today and was 159.5. How exactly would I go about cutting the weight to get to 154.5 for next Friday? I've never cut before so I'm a complete noob when it comes to it.

I don't mean to sound like a jerk, but that's 5 lbs.

Eliminate fat, sugar, and salt intake, jack up cardio. If you have access to a juicer, it's your friend both in terms of losing weight but also cleaning out your system/taking dumps. Don't mess with fruit, use green veggies.

Lol I know, but I just don't know much about it so to me that seems like a lot. What about bread and oatmeal? Can I still eat that? And what specifically with green veggies? Broccoli, lettuce, cucumber?

Exactly. A green diet with a little meat or fish is good. Cardio with sweats will get you down no problem. If you cut right, five pounds is cake.
