Apparently his claim of excessive force on the female officer came after she gave him a negative review. Apparently she said he was unsatisfactory on officer safety, common sense and something else. After that he filed the excessive force report against her. I believe this info is in the OC Register.
Also Navy said he never saw ground combat while in their service. It seems his claims of sniper training, IED/bomb making, etc. are exaggerated. Dude is still dangerous as hell though.
Neosatus, that timeline is pretty much exact from what's being reported by the media and what Law Enforcement sources are putting out.

As for this whole thing, sucks he had to kill two innocent people but this shit is straight out of a movie and I've always hated cops and really hated all the fucking corruption and bullshit they do to civilians.
The guys shooting up two trucks because they didn't even bother ID'ing the people? What the FUCK is that shit?
I mean if he's going after the guys that directly wronged him...fine. But I think he's going on an all out offensive on the LAPD and that's pretty fucked. Not everyone is corrupt or has fucked you over. He'll probably be praised in some circles on the internet as a freedom fighter or rebel or some shit.

i think his plan was to be all "im going after these motherfuckers" so then the cops are all sitting around outside defending these locations and he can pick them off
but it can't be, because if that's what I think he's gonna do then he's definitely doing something way more complex

Some cops just abuse their power too much.... The police chief of my town had to step down but of course they covered his ass and the reason for him stepping down was never revealed.
The rumor is, he apparently said some nasty things to a young kid which was described as "bullying". Some cops are just secure pricks looking for power. These stories are all too frequent.
