i cant stand pacman but come on people, why are we ignoring that JMM was the most ripped hes been at 39 years old and working with a guy who was notorious for steroids? I dont know bubba. That is a strong accusation. He had about a year to work on his strength and conditioning. What he did is not as far out of the normal as one might first think. After all, the guy is a world class athlete.

I am not saying i know if he juiced or not. I do think evidence over supposition should rule the day.

Wait? So somebody finally hires a legitimate S&C coach who develops a tailor-made training regimen that doesn't revolve around drinking fresh urine, and you're going to try and tell me that it's abnormal for him to pack on any lean muscle?

That's what I'm saying. A year ago JMM was drinking his own piss. I mean that's all you need to know about how primitive his SnC program has been for the vast majority of his career. Its a shame really. Imagine if he had a real program the whole time rather than running around mountains picking up rocks and flinging them over his shoulder and calling it strength and conditioning.
