Ive been using jack3d new formula for 4 weeks now and ive seen a pretty good increase in my lifts, my chest hurts from time to time but i thinks thats just all the food im eating. Ive put on 21 pounds in the 4 weeks

i get my PWO for free, and don't mind it. sometimes i just prefer the juice over a hot cup of coffee, and it really does get me "in the zone" to lift due to the 200mgs of caffeine. the added creatine is nice too.
but if i had to pay 25 bucks a tub for it ... nah.
