He's going to pop his sternum. There's no point in rushing weight when your form is like that.

Also, no thumb guard? Da fuq? I'll defend thumb guard till I die, then leave it on my epitaph - come at me.

Hance me quoting the "lifetime" part. Strong reading comprehension.

Definitely, plenty of people lift their whole lives and never hit that... What was he at when he started?

The vast majority of people will never be able to bench that under the circuimstances that I described. "The vast majority of people" just incase you missed what I said.

One lift at a time. Gotta get my deadlift there first. Not too far off.

Alright, i ended up talking to him today He HAS been lifting for a bit longer. The reason I thought it was only 8 months was because this is what happened.

He started lifting a couple months into his senior year, he lifted for like 6-7 months or something, all bodybuilding style. And then had to stop due to injury (i think football or something, messed up his shoulder) And then he came BACK about 8 months ago and has been consistant ever since then. Since the 8 months, he's done about 5 months of bodybuilding style. And then about 3 months with me.

When he started at the beginning of that first 6-7 month period. He maxed at 205 he said. So I apologize for a bit of false information at the beginning. It wasn't my intention lol.
