Yes FINALLY! The biggest hype job of the last 6 years, finally gets a decision against him.

I've always considered Sturm to be the most overrated fighter in boxing for a long time, a guy who gets gift decisions in his own country, who avoids top level competition and he's been proving me right ever since the Macklin fight. He has one thing going for him and that's the jab, other than that he doesn't have much.

The DLH fight made him relevant, but since that fight he has done nothing except hold the WBA belt for hostage for many years. When Geale dethroned him convincingly In Germany, and won a decision it had appeared that boxing was headed in the right direction. Now with Soliman winning, the Sturm era is officially over. Thank god.

Still can't believe Soliman beat Sturm. Soliman is as honest and awkward as the day is long. But this was a shock result.
