I doubt there's any contract, probably quite informal. Just remember having Wendler post an article gets people to the site and generates revenue for T-Nation through advertisement, people buying their products etc, and putting himself on T-Nation gets more people familiar with his work, more people buying 5/3/1 and his other stuff. It's win-win for both parties.
You never know though, maybe it is that good. I just think it's good to approach things with a bit of cynicism.
After a quick google all the reviews for Mag-10 seem to be from around 2001. Looks like it would have contained the prohormone 1-testosterone, which I believe was made illegal in 2005. So it probably used to work very well but maybe won't now, assuming the formula has changed.
For how much it costs you could probably run a proper cycle for the same amount of money and see better results. Or get some decent food and plan for long term results.
