Didn't feel great today. I've been a little sick, and my lower back was really talking to me during these sets today. So a short workout, got the minimum done & will be deloading next week.

Had to cut the workout a little short due to work. Really thought I had set 2 PRs today, but nope, just tied existing PRs. I really should have checked to see what my PR's were before lifting.

Push Press felt good, but was a little disappointing today. I failed 225 twice, wasn't even really close. Not sure why...I think I'm going to start working hard on Push Press starting the week of the 11th, since I'm deloading next week.
Here's a vid of 210:

Unimpressive workout, but got the work done. Form on power snatches was off, but at least I could still handle 67.5 kg. Presses were heavy and slow, but they were there. Bench was the heaviest I've ever attempted since a year ago. Didn't do a whole lot of assistance stuff, because I want to see how the shoulders will respond to the "heavier" benching.
Was going to upload vids. Then I realized my new "smartphone" can't even connect to my laptop for a simple file transfer, which to me sounds like the fucking opposite of "smart". Meh.
DE Box Squats (w/ small bands, 12" box)
70 x 3 x 9
DLs (hook grip)
145 x 2 x 5
Seated Single-leg Leg Curls (performed explosively)
22.5 x 12 x 3
Standing Single-leg Calf Raises (left leg only)
BW x 17 x 4
Ab-wheel Rollouts (performed explosively)
BW x 30 x 3
Power cleans felt rusty/sloppy.
DE were ok~ish, but they seem a bit slow for DE (dammit, I'm trying!).
DLs were a bit better than last time (still a bit of hip raise). I'm still trying to figure out my starting position. In the video it looks like I get pulled forwards as I initiate the pull. I'd appreciate form feedback.
Right metatarsals are better but pain hasn't entirely cleared out yet. I got some sharp pain after the first DL double, and got a bit of increased inflammation afterwards.
