Peanut Butter on Toast
Never really been into peanut butter but I bought a jar so I could use it in my breakfast bowls (Mike Dolce recipe) and now I find I've got bad cravings for it post run/workout.
Anyone else into it? Is this ok to have post run, and what is it that I'm craving that's in there? This is a new one to me.

No, no one else is into peanut butter. The multi-million dollar peanut butter manufacturers have been banking on you and you alone to finally realize that you love peanut butter.
And you shouldn't eat it after running or working out, it will make your stomach explode....
I really doubt the validity of your question, but the only "bad" thing about peanut butter is that it has a higher fat content than most people realize.

Fixed for accuracy.
Depending on what brand is bought, of course.

I love the stuff. No idea how it effects you as far as training goes, but it's delicious which is the only important thing to me . . .

Peanut butter is awesome but the calories in it are ridiculous.A few scoops will pretty much make you go over your RDA of cals.
