It sure is. He was in full Superstar Billy Graham mode here, in look if not in promo or execution.

Another reason Vince pushes so hard for the kids and the pg thing is that the UFC has taken a lot of their older audience.

One of the Headbangers told a story about when Owen and Davey Boy pulled a rib on Mark Henry when he first came into the company, which seems like a huge asshole thing to do.
Mark had broken his ankle, so he shows up on crutches and he's sat in the locker room, Davey Boy sneaks up behind him and steals his crutches. Owen then comes into the locker-room and says "Vince wants to see you, right now". Obviously, Mark needs his crutches, and they're nowhere to be found, so he sets off hopping on one foot to go see Vince, who they've said is on the other side of the arena, and when he gets there, Vince isn't there, as Vince didn't want to see Mark.

And I doubt many adults are going to be buying PPVs and merchandise.
That's why they have to build up a new fan base. 8 years from now kids will be grown up and the product will have to adjust to keep them. Until then keep getting kids involved. That's why their Saturday Morning show is a great business decision.

End of the season most likely. Then the final season next year will be him courting her and them finally getting married. Don't worry, Ted will still be an annoying tool.
I don't even give a shit if the show is PG. That's another thing, fans bitching that its not PG-14. As long as its enjoyable and doesn't regularly insult your intelligence who gives a fuck what its rated? I want to see good programming, and I don't care whether or not its filled with swear words, or women being degraded, or whatever the hell else. Just make it good. Hell, one of my favorite film series ever is a kids series (Toy Story, and a big FUCK YOU if you hate on those movies). Fuck. Just shut the fuck up, turn off the computer, and enjoy wrestling again.

Smackdown has always been PG. There are much bigger things to focus on.

holy shit, just saw a clip from an old Billy Jack Haynes shoot. He believes that Vince had sex w/ Nancy Benoit and that Daniel was Vince's love child and Benoit flipped out and that Vince planned the limo blow up in coordination with it. He then yells at Vince to get a DNA test, he's dead serious.

Wade could have been the one if he was pushed consistently to this point but just like the past couple of years that ship has sailed. Maybe him or Antonio next year if they're pushed, but I just don't think they have the right guy now (to sumerize: strong heel, on the brink of main event status).

Got to (***-edit: somewhat) disagree with you here because...

At this point, nobody really talks about title reigns he had, he is most known for HIAC and the Mania streak. Might as well leave it intact instead of ruining his signature trait for a push that the current creative will piss away in record time.

...pretty much that. At this point in time the streak has become such a legendary beast that it is beyond (almost) all regularly active superstars aside. HHH and Michaels have both failed to conquer on multiple occasions and I'm not sure how enjoyable it would be to watch another streak match with either vs. Undertaker. While I do believe that it may be a good short term booster to a superstar who can't make that final stratospheric push on their own, I believe playing out that way cheapens it (and it would be a wasted push shortly thereafter) and I'm not sure anyone deserves the honour of breaking it.
The only 2 guys I would consider almost "worthy" are Lesnar, who doesn't deserve the honour and doesn't need the push but is the most legitimate fighter UT could face (losing the streak to the former UFC HW & WWE champ is no shame), or Kane, who I realize has also had multiple shots, but the last one was ten years ago and it makes the most sense in the over-arcing "undertaker story". I also think Kane would be deserving of the honor, especially from a backstage viewpoint. Kane vs. UT now wouldn't be the best quality match from a technical standpoint, as I think the very best of the UT is behind him at this point and as some here have said, Kane's limited moveset is also an issue; they could still make the match a great story - The Fire & Brimstone HIAC Death Valley Blood Bath.
***edit - sorry CR; didn't see the last part of the last line.
