1/26/13
Deadlifts: 175x5, 225x1, 295x1, 340 2x6 (these were rough.)
Bench: 135x5, 160 5x5
Split ISO holds: 5x45s*
*note to self...split holds after deadlifts...not a good idea.

1/28/13
1hr BJJ
hang power snatches: 95x2, 125 5x2, 135 3x1
Klokov PP: 145 3x4
Squats: 135x5, 185x5, 225 5x5**
Box jumps: Waist level 10x1, solar plex level 5x1
**Just getting back into squats, felt no pain in my shin whatsoever which felt awesome (assuming I don't feel it tomorrow) But unfortunately, whether it's just having been a month from squatting or the slight technical adjustments I made to my squat. this 225 5x5 felt like the last 275 5x5 I did... which sucks :\ Hopefully that strength'll come back quickly.
Also on a better note, the power snatches felt absolutely great. Everything just felt powerful and extremely easy, and just "snapped" into place.

Hah, no definately not.. Still not used to having to wake up at 6:30 for classes, then training for 3.5 hours with a little amount of food did me in..lol
Also doesn't help that I strained my knee a bit, and popped my hip (which is sore as hell this morning) doing wrestling yesterday morning

Ouch lol, Well I almost always lift on an empty stomach. I by FAR prefer doing that than if I eat something first lol. And I"ve never once thrown up during a work out, through football practices in middle school, baseball in highschool, and kickboxing/bjj after. Not once. ...I've almost passed out from exhaustion, but that's besides the point
1/30/13
1hr 15 mins ~ BJJ
Hang power cleans: 135x1, 155 4x2, 165 4x1
Jerks: 165x2, 185 5x2
Squats: 185x5, 225x1, 245x1, 275x1, 295x1**
I'm so unbelievably sore from squatting on monday, even with that light weight... LUckily the weights did feel lighter today even if today in general felt like Hell. Focusing on letting my knees drift a bit farther forward, and staying as vertical as I can out of the hole... My quads hate me right now.
