vic morrows death on the set of Twilight Zone the movie is viewable on youtube, but im not posting it here. he and 2 kids were killed when pyrotechnics misfired and damaged a helicopter which was hovering 25 feet above Morrow and the 2 children. the helicopter crashed, decapitating Morrow and one of the children, and the other child was crushed. Morrow was Jennifer Jason Leighs father.
Apparently the tiger in Gladiator bit through the armor of the stunt double causing two large punctures. The armor was even reinforced with metal plate under the leather.
Read somewhere tht the large fight at the end of Enter the Dragon actually turned into a legitimate brawl.
