If there was an option to magically get my desired daily macros/micros in in exchange for never eating anything again, I'd opt for it without a second thought.

Lulz!
I dunno, man. Between work, university stuff and almost daily training, I've been having some fairly high daily activity levels in the past few months. I actually eat a fair bit, but I assume my average daily caloric expenditure is pretty high. I doubt a woman could stomach the food quantities I go through.

Hah! I resemble that remark.

You resemble a fine figure of a man who we should all use as our role model.

As others have stated, I don't want to be skinny. I can't eat that little. I have a friend who is Korean and weighs about 125. Another friend thought that he ate a lot until we all went to a Chinese buffet one day after I lifted...
I'm 5'9" on a tall day and except when cutting weight have not weighed below 190 since like my freshman year of high school, and only below 200 for a few months in 2005 IIRC. While my BF% is still a lot better than it was pre-fall 2005, I still have a bit more fat than I'd like to. Not sure I'll ever have to worry about hitting weight for MMA again or not, but if I ever try a PL or strongman comp, I don't really wanna be in the heavyweights, considering Keo probably about doubles my lifts at what, 60lbs less? Lol.

I demand pictures of this large amount of food. Or maybe a written account.
This sounds like nothing that cheese eggs, and chocolate protein shakes with peanut butter, chocolate and hot chocolate can't fix. And if that doesn't work, then we turn to the Eastern European foods.

Lulz, I was having this discussion with kotriz yesterday, and he asked me for an account as well. Here it is:
Breakfast:
250g yoghurt (full-fat)
a bunch of honey
a bunch of oats
2-3 fruits (yesterday it was an apple, a kiwi and a mantarine)
1-2 eggs
sometimes plus extra nuts (usually almonds)
Lunch:
meat
a whole lot of salad
extra stuff I've hunted from going to my ma's place (yesterday it was spinach pie and boiled greens)
some sort of grains (usually bread and/or rice)
a bunch of feta cheese
shitloads of olive oil (for the extra calories)
Lunch:
the same as lunch plus some sort of legumes a few times per week (yesterday it was white beans)
Snacks:
pre-wo protein shake with milk (all my dairy is full-fat, none of that gay low-fat shit) and a banana (I'll have this one on days where I don't work out, as well)
post-wo protein shake, sometimes with a second banana and/or some honey (for the extra carbs)
a total 1-2 liters (quarter to half gallon) of milk throughout the day
I know "a bunch", "a whole lot" and "shitloads" are not accurate ways to describe food quantities, but you get the general picture.

You can't expect someone to say they have trouble eating enough and have that go unchallenged in f13. At least not in the f13 I knew. Now, well, I just don't know anymore.
It seems like you're feeling up on too many fruits, vegetables and healthy fats, and aren't eating enough high calorie, easily digested foods with fewer pesky micronutrients. Do you want to be healthy, or do you want to be huge?
But seriously, while it's a reasonable amount of food, I don't think it would be hard to get in more calories. You're not even eating any peanut butter, or chocolate for starters.

I think I bounce around in the 213-218 range these days, but I don't check often enough to know what I weigh consistently.
I could never seem to get above 210 ish when I was actually trying to. Now, I don't give a fuck about my weight and I'm the heaviest/biggest I've ever been.
Breakfast: Protein & milk, ~0.5 cups of oatmeal.
Snack: Sirloin steak sandwich on campus.
Pre WO: Shake (Milk, olive oil, oats, yogurt, cottage cheese, berries, peanut butter, ice cream, protein)
Dinner/before work/Post WO: Medium donair/gyro/whatever you call them in your region.
Bed: Shake (Milk, olive oil, oats, yogurt, cottage cheese, berries, peanut butter, ice cream, protein)
Today was a good eatin' day.
