Ricky Hatton "I believe 100% Pacquiao should retire"

I will agree with Hatton if Pacquaio loses his next fight. There is stil a ton of questions on how he is mentally and psychically, though I have never seen a guy who has been knocked out the way Pacquaio has and come back and have a good string of wins. I love manny, I hope he is the exception, but I have a feeling its all going to go down hill from here.

I agree, but Hatton should know better than anyone that it is tough retiring after a loss.

Yeah, I agree in principle what he's saying...but Manny can still bring in the money and the crowds...

as long as he can do that, he'll have a couple more fights.

That was Pac's first KO loss in over 15 years, people are seriously overdoing it with this whole retirement thing.

Manny won't retire but you have to consider that Pacquiao takes alot of fucking punishment and normally he walks through it but if fucking adds and Marquez has underrated power and he landed a perfect shot.

The sad reality is that Manny will continue fighting until he stops getting those huge multi-million purses. One of my co-worker wife is Phillipino and she says that there are these TV shows in the Philippines featuring Pacquiao giving a bunch of free stuff to help poor people I guess. He also has to fund the political career of his wife and his brother in law on top of providing for a huge entourage of lazy useless philippinos and it's not hard to understand that he is bleeding money faster than he earns it.

Maybe if he retires he can cut the entourage, that should help a lot.

Kinda sad that with all the millions they make, boxers bleed all that money.

No not really.

When fighters noticeably change in negative ways, its time to start getting out. Everyone has seen the decline in Pac.
