Yeah, I have tried to train through it for the past couple weeks but the ups and downs of it sucks. Especially since it has gotten worse the past couple days.
I have no idea where it came from. I woke up in the middle of the night one night and was incredibly stiff and then the pain really came on the following morning when I was starting to warm up.
If you have any ideas, definitely feel free to shoot them my way.

Hopefully things are good to go by Monday. The problem with any kind of abdominal pain is that you need your abs for everything.
