punch mitts: HPPM VS Super guard panther punch mitt

looking for a new pair of punch mitts , was really looking at all of the bold statements from a couple of people claiming the heritage panther punch mitts as "the best mitts ever" after searching ringsides website i found that the super guard panther punch mitts looked similar to if not , identical to the heritage exept ofcourse without the fancy-ness of the heritage . just wondering if anyone has any of these ringside mitts and if its really worth the 140$ difference . oh and also , i'm open to recommendation's of other punch mitts ! thanks .

Beastly -
They are exactly the same except for:
1. 100% Highest Quality Leather vs 50 - 50 leather/synthetic split
2. Coloring is died not painted more natural look and feel
3. Massive wedge on the wrist that has 3 different layers to help absorb shock yet still be soft and comfortable
4. Thickness and shock absorption of the padding
5. Tapered edge on striking surface
6. Dual back strap vs single pull
7. Awesome Baseball Glove look
8. One comes with glove oil to improve the longevity of the mitt. Glove oil dosen't work on painted leather.
9. Skill of craftman that is producing it
10. Leather lacing vs nylon string
11. Size and fit of the palm ball

I think that is enough but I am sure I could come up with some more if you are really still on the fence. Do yourself a favor and get the Heritage model, your shoulders and elbows will thank you.

Thanks,

Great choice!

As I said in the review, it just feels better over time. Still looks and feels great. My only gripe is that there isn't enough slack on the wrist strap to tighten it further(it's kind of short), it's not THAT big of a deal but wish I could get it down a bit more.
