Nonono. The video presents a balanced viewpoint. We don't want that. We just want to take a 10 second segment of a mostly one-sided roll and focus on it because that makes things dramatic. Nodnod.

Psh, shoes are a crutch. They let you slack off on your grip. If ya can hit the sub on a sweaty bare foot, the extra grip of a shoe will make things so pathetically simple it's almost not going for the sub. I mean, you wear shoes, you're practically foot-locking yourself

Barnett technically has a BJJ black belt, though, so he doesn't count.
