water weight cut questions??
how much do you blokes cut for water weight,what is a good limit to cut...
is ten pounds too much,saw a guy on ultimate fighter cut 25 in one day of just water and still look good in his fight

I don't think so. I've heard of some fighters cutting in excess of 500lbs in a week. So 300lbs in 24 hours doesn't sound too far fetched. Extremely difficult to do, but definitely possible

For wrestling, with day-before weigh-ins, I would cut 28-31 lbs in the last 36 hours. Evacuation of bowels and subcutaneous water cut methods are all important, over and beyond traditional methods.

can you explain how the methods work? how much did you lose doing different methods? how do you gain back the weight without being fatigued?
