If Kongo keeps his hands up, Id bet on him to win, but his chin as been beat up on @ HW in the UFC.
Most boxers dont know what to do when their lead leg gets swept out in front of them. Add in headkicks, axe kicks, side kicks, and if he can clinch and throw elbows and knees, etc.
Ray Mercer tried his stint in K1, but failed miserably.
James Toney tried MMA, but failed miserably.
Off topic, but.....Gohkan Saki would murder Tyson Fury in a Kickboxing match, Murder him.
He probably wont ever walk the same if it were to happen.

lol yes because kongo and saki are same fighters.
comparing top 3 kickboxer with Kongo isn't serious post.
Fury would murder Kongo in K1 ,Boxing or muay thai rules. he is 206 cm and has 85' reach.Kongo kicking range=Fury punching range

in kickboxing he'd probalby get his leg broken from leg kicks, boxers can't handle that without serious training for it.

Kongo's striking pedigree is one of the most overrated things said by the UFC. Kongo, unlike the true elite strikers of K-1 or kickboxing in general, is very slow; hist footwork resembles a T-rex awkwardly plodding. With that said, I still think Kongo would beat Fury due to legkicks.
