do you have to list all the 0-1 and 0-0 fighters?

Thanks.

Those are all likely opponents for Rousey, that's for sure.

I'm making this as I want to do it.

I'm including people that are, within reason, active within the past year and a half to two years, or so.

The fighters who are 0-0-0 are listed as, or have been, getting their debut fight. In a few situations such fighters get hurt, or their opponents drop out, and so they miss their chance to fight on time.

In these cases I try to leave them at the bottom of the their respective weight class for several months to see if they get a new fight, otherwise they are taken off the list.

Katja Kankaanpaa (7-0-1)
Aisling "The Bash" Daly (13-5-0)

In a catch-weight fight Ireland's Aisling Daly tests the waters for a move from Flyweight to Strawweight. Finland's Katja Kankaanpaa makes for a storm that sinks Daly's first outing. Tough fight but Kankaanpaa proves why she's one of the top women's Flyweights in the world in defeating Daly in unanimous fashion.

I just went and checked the SLF female fighter page and found a good number of fighters of whom are listed as being 'debut' for SLF. I'm not going to add those fighters in until I see them listed for a fight.

Most of the debut fighters listed above will be on the upcoming Invicta FC card.

Congrats to Tamikka Brents on her debut victory tonight fighting at Featherweight, that's a 10 Ibs drop for her.

I've made a considerable number of changes in standing within the ranks at all levels. There's been some surname changes, changes in W/L that went un-recorded due to the bouts not being reported from normal sources, and the removal and addition of fighters due to inactivity or missed debuts.

Congrats to Bezhenar for her big debut win against Alyona Rassohyna.
===

I've moved Kate Aroa (3-0-0) (Featherweight from NZ) into and back out of inactive status.

I just came across another interview from Nov 2012 where she makes it clear she is still in training and very much looking for a fight either in NZ or anywhere else and is in some talks with Brace for a potential fight in AU this year.

Aroa has been inactive for over two years now though so it's a tough call on having her in the lists but I decided to keep her there due to being from NZ and the difficulty women have getting fights there. I have moved her out of the top twenty due to the inactivity.

(Note: It's not Aroa's fault but other women are fighting and they deserve to move up.)

===

Edited: fixed several State/Country identifications. New features/new problems. I hope I've caught them all out but there will likely be others.

===
Edited to Add: I found myself counting the numbers of fighters per weight class earlier today and noticed that the Bantamweights are down to roughly 115 fighters including those that are coming down in weight from Featherweight, inactive, etc. That's fewer fighters then they started last year with and there's more of them moving up to Featherweight.

2012 was a year when lots of good things were happening with the Bantamweight Division. The UFC opening up a Women's Bantamweight Division. Some big fights, many of them fights of the night or even fights of the year from the now gone Strikeforce and the still going strong Invicta. Several very capable new comers to their ranks, like Jessamyn Duke and Miriam Nakamoto, to name a few.

But there has been a flat out decrease in their numbers. Let's hope to see this trend reverse itself in 2013.
