Eric is right about this. Really isn't a place for 13-year old pro nak muays here at the moment. Not sure what the WKA guys would say if I even proposed that. I can ask them.

Seems a bit of a jam, if he hadn't competed pro- you would have no shortage of amateur fights. I've honestly never encountered a situation with a "underage" professional before.

We will be moving to the Boise area, but we are willing to travel...we already send him to Bangkok a few times a year so NY wouldn't be a problem...but yes full disclosure, he has fought as a professional. Most of the Jr armature champs here in Tokyo have competed in Thailand, and its not a problem, but I understand the rules are different. Also he MIGHT have another pro fight in April at Rajadamnern in Bangkok. We will be returning to USA around the end of April so just looking for competition when we get back...thanks.

I like his style he looks very relaxed and technical. Do you have any suggestions for kid friendly gyms in Thailand we are thinking about going over this year. Right now the plan is 13 coins .

Review the training link, and if your son can do this daily, there is no better gym IMO. It has been in the top 3 and won best gym in Thailand several years running. It is foreign friendly. They usually pair up folks who speak the same language. Was great for my son, he met and is now good friends with great fighters all over the world, US, EU, AUS, Thai. Be aware like all the best gyms, it is HOT! There are bugs, and its not full of creature comforts, but what you will get is great training. We will be sending our son again this summer, if ur serious about training there hit me up on PM. My son has been to 5 different gyms there and I'm sure we can find the right fit
