If it even looks remotely fishy to Google they usually shoot first and..... and well they never care enough to ask questions. Sometimes you get shot down the rankings by them even when you do everything right. That's why internet marketing is something, most would probably consider a scam after they got experienced with it.

Heres an example of a site that is not naturally linking to his:
http://www.dsupp.com/links.html
This is a paid link

So is this one
http://www.mdtronik.com/ResourcesMiscellaneous.html

As you can see these are just collections of random ass links. Why pay for a link on these pages, well they have some power, thats why. So if you get a link from them they'll have more effect than say a link from a forum post.

Nothing illegal about it, but it undermines Google's whole system, and when 85%-90% of the people using the internet in this country use Google to find something, if you get kicked off Google, you might as well not exist.
I always assumed sites like this were simply randomly generated by pre-written codes. Interesting.

I guess these are also along the same lines? Also, did you go to school for this shit?

This one is only in the google cache (Clicking the real link just leads to a downloadable .html file.)

Edit: Removed the part about all of the links on the third link going to LI affiliates, it was incorrect.

You know... I could as could others, but I really hope any people out there considering it, think of all of the innocent folks employed by LI that could be seriously affected.

They could lose their jobs based on the impact on business.

While I'm really ticked off by LI's lack of class/tact/or compassion, I won't take an action that could create serious fall out.

I just hope this re-inforces my point that you REALLY need to do you due diligence when taking advice in regards to IM

keenans das just posted

" am done with all things team Lloyd Irvin. I wish all parties well --and hope that justice and wisdom do what justice and wisdom do (and karma too, let karma do what she does). May Lloyd's name not cross my path again or grace my page here. The marketing junk, the morals, his sidekicks, the whole thing's ugh. I'm pretty sure the man feels exactly the same about me. End of LI posts, mentions, etc...God knows there are SO many better, smarter, healthier things to think about and do. I will, however, always be a voice, if possible, for issues concerning violence against women, children, and/or people who just need help."

Wow.. it's been a ridiculously shocking saga.
The comments on Keenan's sister's page by the Team LI members - I had little respect - well *none* - for a number of them, but eh; I guess my opinions have been validated.

They can be pretty much 100% automated. There was a time when these auto generated sites could make you thousands a month just in adsense.

I used to use many automated systems to find powerful domains, generate websites, sell links, collect ad revenue ect.

I actually got into this stuff after being let go from 3 sales jobs in 5 years
After my third strike-out I locked myself in my 1 bedroom apartment for about 6 months. Literally reading, studying, and setting up test sites everyday for up to 16 hours a day. I really only left to get groceries and go train at the gym.

I learned everything I know from reading and I doubled my worth (in terms of hourly rate) in a completely new industry as a consultant. I have a new respect for books and the internet and much less respect for my student loans.

Wisdom.

I saw that some of these sites have links to e-mail the creator to "trade" links. Do you think it's possible that Lloyd may have just been very dillegent with that instead of having paid for them? I noticed this very old page from Lloyd's site that seemed to exist as a repository for bullshit links http://www.lloydirvin.com/links_misc.html

Social networking is amazing. It weeds out the idiots like nothing else could. "Think before posting?.....fuck that, I'm ranting."

Good for Keenan's sister. I feel bad for him but at the end of the day, he'll be a world champ with or without Lloyd and those "wonderful" teammates (Talking about a select few).

In judo there are background checks conducted prior to granting a student black belt. Should bjj adopt a similar protocol? It certainly would be in the best interest of the instructor to protect the integrity of their lineage.

I think you should reconsider. There will be some people who will be negatively affected if Lloyd Irvin's mini-empire collapses, that is a given. But by publicizing his criminal background, that is really what all of us are indirectly pushing for. If his affiliates abandon him and new students stop showing up because they find out he is a rapist, the same innocent people you are worried about will be seriously affected.

I agree that it's not appropriate to take vigilante actions, like a DOS attack. But reporting him for something shady is simply an instance of allowing the powers that be to hold him to account for his own actions. It's no different than exposing his shady history and allowing public opinion to damage his business.
