Because their concepts are totally different. Boxing is about two men squaring off in a level laying field. Fist fighting has always been the way to settle disputes in most countries around the world before it was even made a sport. Whether it's two guys fighting over a girl or two fellas who disagree over something. MMA is the polar opposite of boxing in that sense.

Same here...I watch everything from boxing to MMA to K1..
I just prefer boxing to the rest...however I don't go out of my way to shit on other sports either.

Yea, all sports have their good and bad points, boxing included. Those guys that try to make boxing or mma seem better by talking bad bout other sports, whilst disregarding anything bad about theirs is just as bad.
