I'm a thick 5'6" dude currently weighing 170. That's with the holiday weight and all. The rashguard fits me snug. If you're lean, then a Medium would be great for you.

MAS is great. Some companies don't allow you to return rashguards for hygienic reason.

I got the "Be Water" rashguard from Scramble. Don't know if the sizing is the same but I'm 5'9 and 160 pounds and the Large is was ok at first. After about a week or two of washing then came the short arms and short body. My collar also warped and went all wavy. Anyone else have this problem with any of the other Scramble rash guards?

Im 5 9 maybe 10 and probably 150 pounds with the christmas weight small fits me well
