that foot stomp was one of the most disgusting moves ever in combat sports. I can't quite grasp the idea that Badr Hari was not a disgraceful POS by doing that.
he even had to go through the referee, it was
after the "heat of the moment" - which wouldn't even come close to justify it either. even Bob Sapp looked more graceful quitting -- because when you hit your downed opponent in a standup fight, you're quitting. you're telling everyone that you can't fight that guy in the ruleset you agreed to.
not DQing Hari right away was a shame to K-1 and that mentality was the reason why it went downhill.
and to make it clear, Remy had already scored a takedown with an ugly-ass leaping left after which Hari dived into the ground to avoid having his head chopped off by the flying knee that followed. plus the foot stomp, even if the fight went on, how do you see Badr Hari comebacking from that against Remy? good luck, Remy 2-0!
