I'm extremely happy with today's lower body session. The numbers are nothing to look at but it was virtually pain free
Coming out of the hole during squats was slow and ugly (suggestions??)
The short/thick bars at this gym suck major ass and my grip, although a lot better, still needs to improve.
Squats 3x3(225lbs)
Leg Extensions 2x10(110lbs)
Deadlift 3x5(315lbs)
Step Ups 2x20(BW)
