Edit: And not sure what Cratos means by referring to your strength levels. 315 bench and 465 deadlift @ 175 would lead me to believe you have an idea of what you are doing. What's up with the squat though? Injury or something?

LOL thanks. To be fair to Cratos I edited my PRs into that post just recently. And you are partially correct about the squat. Lower back and knee pain has always prevented me from squatting heavy. I'm currently working on these issues. Hoping to have my squat be as heavy as my deadlift...and beyond.

I'm extremely happy with today's lower body session. The numbers are nothing to look at but it was virtually pain free

Coming out of the hole during squats was slow and ugly (suggestions??)
The short/thick bars at this gym suck major ass and my grip, although a lot better, still needs to improve.


Squats 3x3(225lbs)
Leg Extensions 2x10(110lbs)
Deadlift 3x5(315lbs)
Step Ups 2x20(BW)

Side Lateral Raises 3x12(12.5)

-Started taking Creatine again today.
