Notes: My bench is way more explosive, now that I'm not worried about my shoulder exploding. I no longer hesitate to try to move the bar as fast as possible.
Notes: Shit day. Illness, lack of proper food intake for the past couple days, etc.

Notes: Utterly horrible bench day. I forgot my chalk at home and that, coupled with the lack of good knurling on the bar, meant that my hands were sliding laterally as I was trying to bench. Just terrible. Nothing left in the tank for incline.
Notes: As soon as I put the bar on my back for my very first warm up set, I said to my training partners "Today might be the day for 500". My back was still somewhat tired from deadlifting, and my optimism faded as I put more weight on the bar, but they held me to it. 475, joke. 500, joke. 520, got a little loose in the bottom, but still gas left in the tank.
