Best headgear for MMA?

Hey guys,

I'm now looking for a good headgear for my MMA sparring.

Ideally I would like the Winning FG2900, but it's very expensive as you all know.

Is there any other head gear what offers good face and nose protection like the FG2900, while offering good all round performance in sparring?

I think the Rival d3o headgear would be a pretty good purchase for much less than a fg2900. http://store.titleboxing.com/rival-d...-headgear.html

Damn, was just about to say FG2900. I like to think of it like this, this is going to be the only head gear you'll ever need for quite some time ;)

I'd suggest you try on a facebar headgear if you'd like good nose protection. Some people say you can't see kicks with it but I find it non-issue if my chin is down as in "proper" form

No nose protection on this one, though...If that is not important than you are OK. Otherwise, it might be worth waiting for the Golden Gear Winning inspired headgear. I have a few pieces of gear from Golden Gear and I can say they are very high quality.
